Fifi the Poodle

Hello, everyone!

The project I've been working on non stop has been Fifi the Poodle! She is
the Pomp-a-Poodle pattern found on www.coatsandclark.com. I completed her in just two days! To my surprise, she is 13 inches tall! This is my first project working with Red Heart's Pomp-a-Doodle yarn. It is irresistibly fluffy and soft to the touch. One of my favorite features on Fifi is her blushed cheeks. It adds character and that dash of sweetness! I am also fond of her bow. It completes that French-puppy look and is so adorable!

The pattern stated that the difficulty level was intermediate. To me, it didn't really seem that way. However, it was time-consuming and required an awful lot of patience (a characteristic that I seem to lack), but it was worth it and it was so fun! The pattern also didn't require much sewing of body parts, so that was great! So for all you beginner crocheters out there, I believe you can take this project on! Blessings to you all and have fun with this!

Another Thread Crochet Bear Pattern

Hi, peoples!

So I've been working on thread crochet bears like CRAZY this summer because lots of people ordered them. I was scrolling through bear patterns and I came across one that looked particularly cute. It is a mohair bear and it can be found on this website as follows:

The other link I gave you for a thread crochet bear pattern a while back is great, too. I just wanted to see what other pattern options there were out there. I'll post pics of the bear I'm working on now when it is completely finished. Have a great day, everyone!

My New Baby Cousin

Hi, people!

I wanted to share with all of you that I have a new baby cousin. She is the most beautiful baby in the world and perfect. I'm not going to give her name for privacy reasons, but nonetheless, she is adorable.

You probably are wondering, "What does this have to do with crochet?" I crocheted my little cousin a baby blanket to welcome her to the family. It is basically a giant granny square. I used baby girl colors such as pink, green, and cream (or off-white, if that's what you want to call it). Anyway, I hope you have a great day!

Note to relatives: If you haven't seen her yet, she is gorgeous and you should think about visiting! Love you all!

Corsage

Hi, guys!

I wanted to make a short post to show my corsage. This beautiful flower is a wonderful ad-on to any wardrobe. This pattern can be found in The Crochet Bible. I posed this corsage on one of my purses that has the same color. The purse is from Target but I got it a long time ago so it's probably not available anymore. I hope you enjoy!

Harley

Harley is on an actual Harley Davidson miniature model. My dad had it and Harley fit on perfectly!

Hi, everyone!

Sorry I haven't posted in so long. I've been busy with school work and stuff. but since it's summer, I'll try to post more often!

If you saw my last post, it featured a crochet bear named Queen Lilibearkalani. My dad loved her and requested one of his own. He has been into motorcycles lately, and he wanted a "motorcycle bear." I happily obliged. The bear has black chaps, a black best, and black shades. I appropriately named him Harley after the Harley Davidson motorcycle company.
